1. Who we are

Dreasy is operated by Reardon Bros. LLC, an Indiana company (“Dreasy”, “we”, “us”). Dreasy is a directory of drink promotions offered by bars, restaurants, and other venues. We do not sell, serve, or supply alcohol, and we are not a party to anything you buy from a venue.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using Dreasy you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Dreasy.

If you use Dreasy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

3. You must be 21 or older

Dreasy is only for people aged 21 and over. When you confirm your age at the gate, you are telling us that you are at least 21 and that viewing alcohol promotions is legal where you are.

4. Accuracy of listings

Deals, prices, hours, and other venue details are supplied by venues or compiled by us from public sources. They can change at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, or current.

A listing is not an offer from Dreasy. The venue decides whether to honor a deal. Confirm with the venue before you travel.

If you see something wrong, use the report button on the deal so we can look into it.

5. Drink responsibly

You are responsible for your own choices. Do not drink and drive. Follow the law and the venue’s rules. Dreasy does not encourage excessive drinking, and nothing on Dreasy is a recommendation to consume alcohol.

6. Business accounts

Venue owners and managers can claim an existing listing or ask to add a new one. We review each request and may approve or decline it at our discretion.

If you hold a business account, you agree to give us true information, to keep your login details private, and to keep your listing and deals accurate and up to date. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

You are responsible for making sure your promotions follow the law, including Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission rules on alcohol promotions.

We may edit, hide, or remove a listing or deal that looks inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful, and we may return a listing to our own management if an account goes unused or these terms are broken.

7. Acceptable use

Do not submit false listings, false ownership claims, or false or abusive reports. Do not impersonate a person or a business.

Do not copy, scrape, or harvest Dreasy’s listings in bulk, interfere with how the site works, try to get around security or verification checks, or use Dreasy to break the law.

Do not use Dreasy to market alcohol to anyone under 21.

8. Content and ownership

The Dreasy name, logo, design, and the site itself belong to Reardon Bros. LLC. You may use the site for your own personal purposes or, if you hold a business account, to manage your listing.

You keep ownership of what you submit, such as deal details, business information, and reports. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, edit, and share that content in order to run and promote Dreasy. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.

Venue names and trademarks belong to their owners. A listing on Dreasy does not mean the venue endorses us or that we endorse the venue.

9. Third-party services

Dreasy relies on outside services for things like maps, address lookup, and bot protection, and may link to other websites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for them.

10. No warranty

Dreasy is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that Dreasy will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Reardon Bros. LLC and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of Dreasy.

We are not responsible for the acts of venues or other users, for a deal that is wrong or not honored, or for any injury, loss, or damage connected to visiting a venue or consuming alcohol.

Our total liability for any claim connected to Dreasy is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover Reardon Bros. LLC for claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these terms, your misuse of Dreasy, or content you submit.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Dreasy at any time. Business account holders can ask us to close their account by emailing us.

We may suspend or end access to Dreasy, or remove a listing, at any time if we believe these terms have been broken or to protect Dreasy or its users. The sections on ownership, warranty, liability, indemnity, and governing law continue to apply afterward.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Dreasy after a change, you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Indiana, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Dreasy. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver of it.
